01Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using KnoxProxy services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
02Description of services
KnoxProxy provides proxy infrastructure including residential, datacenter, ISP, and mobile proxies accessible via HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 protocols. Services include dashboard access, REST API, MCP server, and related tools. Service specifications, including uptime SLAs and pool sizes, are described on the product pages and may change with notice.
03Account registration
You must register for an account to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@knoxproxy.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts may require KYC verification before accessing certain features.
04Acceptable use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use them to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Access systems without authorization
- Distribute malware or engage in denial-of-service attacks
- Scrape data in violation of applicable terms of service or law
- Engage in fraud, spam, or credential stuffing
- Circumvent technical measures protecting copyrighted content
05Billing and payment
Services are billed per usage (per GB or per IP) at the rates published on the pricing page. Rates decrease automatically with volume. Prepaid balances do not expire. We accept credit cards via Stripe and cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Invoicing is available for Enterprise plans.
06Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. We will attempt to notify you before suspension except where required by law or to prevent harm. You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard. Upon termination, unused prepaid balance will be refunded per our Refund Policy.
07Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KNOXPROXY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
08Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
09Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
