Proxy API Access

Yes. Every KnoxProxy account, including free trials and pay-as-you-go balances, has full REST API access from day one. There is no separate API tier, no additional charge for programmatic use, and no feature gating, so you get proxy credential generation, geo-targeting endpoints, and usage data on every single plan.

The API lets you generate proxy credentials, configure geo-targeting and rotation settings, and pull real-time usage and billing data programmatically. You can also set up webhook alerts for usage thresholds, manage sub-accounts with scoped API keys, and integrate proxy provisioning directly into your CI/CD pipeline or scraping automation.

Management API calls, such as generating credentials or pulling usage data, are limited to 60 requests per minute per account. Proxy traffic itself has no rate limit at all -- only bandwidth billing applies, so you can run as many concurrent scraping requests as your plan and infrastructure can handle.

Yes. Set up webhook endpoints to receive automatic notifications when usage reaches a threshold you define, when bandwidth runs low, or when other account events occur.
